Cold Pressure is a food processing method instead of high heat, to extend shelf life & to help maintain essential vitamins, minerals & enzymes. Cold pressed juice is produced by using huge hydraulic presses that press fruits and veggies through fine mesh getting nearly all of the juice out of the produce. After that the cold pressed juice is bottled and go through High Pressure Processed.

The cold pressed juices that have bottled and sealed are immersed in cold water and then subjected to extremely high water pressure (up to 6,000 bar / 87,000 psi – more than the deepest ocean) to inactivate pathogens like listeria, salmonella, E. coli and other deadly bacteria.
